Have your order ready to collect
Send us your order, preferably one week in advance.
This can be done via e-mail or via our online catalog (when transferring the order, choose 'prepare for collection from the nursery').
Note: if you let us prepare the plants (free service), we ask you to order at least 24 plants.
Can we replace plants by an alternative?
We are happy to complete your order, but sometimes plants are out of stock. That is why we would like to know in advance whether we can replace plants with similar cultivars. You will see that we ask this when placing an online order.

Pick out your plants at the nursery
Important: Always visit the office before making the tour of our nursery. We are happy to give you the information to find your plants quickly and easily.
1. Enter your choice online:
Send us your 'order' via the online catalog at least one day in advance. When forwarding it, tick the box 'I will choose the plants myself in the nursery'. We will get labels ready for you, so you can find your plants swiftly. You can still pick out other plants too beside the plants on your list.
2. Your choice listed on paper:
Prepare a list of the desired plants at home.
Give us your wish list.
We print labels with the location in the nursery so that you can easily find the plants yourself.
3. You do not yet know what you want to buy:
Be sure to come into the office.
You get a map of the nursery with information. All required information can be found on the large white label next to the plants in the relevant section. Make sure to note the price code and optionally the name of the plant. It will save time at the till. The price code is an uppercase letter and is in the upper right corner of the large plant label.
